I had my carpets, air vents, and upholstery cleaned. I can mainly only comment on the efficacy of the carpet cleaning, since I can't see inside the vents, and the upholstery didn't really have any major stains. The carpet cleaning was done well, and I am pleased to report that they managed to clear up some stains that failed to be addressed by a previous water-only cleaning service. I do have one note for the owners/operators, however. If someone has scheduled both a carpet clean and a vent clean, you should probably turn the central air back on after the vents are done but before you start on the carpet. When I turned my air back on, the vents coughed out some of the loosened dirt and dust onto the freshly-cleaned carpet. A quick vaccuuming easily took care of it, but it was unexpected.

Miracle workers…Wow! We have two very large dogs and three cats, that badly messed up my carpet. I really thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. But Uni-Tex did such an amazing job. I am so pleased, and amazed!! Two before pics and one after pic. Thank you Uni-Tex!

My ceramic floors had been highly neglected. After a lot of hard work and steaming, now they look like new! Who knew I had tan grout!! Love the way it all turned out. Great company! I’ve attached before and after photos!
