The nurses rush you and are rude, when you’re not feeling well that’s not the type of service that makes you want to come back. The wait time is ridiculous even with an appointment for the walk in expect to be there for 2 hours or more. Better off going to a different location.
If you need an urgent care this is the place to go. Every person there today was kind, compassionate, and took my concerns about my daughter seriously. On top of that they made sure to find a pharmacy that was open to fill medication my daughter desperately needs so she wouldn't have to wait another day. I am eternally greatful to all of them and I hope they get everything they wish for going into the new year.
All the times I’ve been here they have always been welcoming and supportive. I really felt like I was being looked after. They do a good job at making sure to care for your concerns and get you situated. The front desk have always been nice as well!
I just got my stitches out of a nasty laceration on a left hand, the entire staff was a pleasure. Working in an office/desk/that environment is stressful I'm sure, I could tell, but these women and the gentlemen today (Dr. Even) were wonderful and very kind. All of them are battle hardened from the general public of Des Moines. Since I've moved here, these people test my patience...urgent care staff throughout this ordeal has been everything and more. Y'all are examples of legends of how folks in your craft operate and show compassion. Many thanks, much respect. 💯
I had a disappointing experience with one of the nurses, Britney. When I greeted her with a “Good morning,” she didn’t respond at all. Throughout the visit, she was noticeably rude and unapproachable. At one point, she even told my son to "move out the way" in a very unfriendly tone, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. When you're in a healthcare setting, especially around children, kindness and empathy go a long way. As a nurse, it’s important to help people feel safe and cared for, not uncomfortable. This experience really stood out in a negative way and left a bad impression.
