THIS GUY! Amazing! We own a 1940s home with original pipes. Other companies fear mongered us into ALMOST spending thousands of dollars to hydro-jet clogged pipes due to low-flow toilets. He solved the issue in minutes for an extremely good price while educating us on ongoing prevention for all of our lines! Do not buy into the messaging of others; just save your sanity and call him!

If you live in Arcadia Lite, I have a great recommendation for you.. actually if you live anywhere in a house with drains, I would recommend Eddy, the cute guy that is pictured here. Our houses were built for better water flow, not this restricted new stuff that we have to install. Universal drain cleaners will find the clog, un clog it, and advise you how to keep the 1958 technology running smooth!!! I was so impressed with Eddy's talent and knowledge. It was SO NICE to not have a plumber not really fix something and then go right in for the up sell and scare you into replacing your whole system!! I'm so blessed to have found him. Don't wait, call Eddy at Universal Drain Cleaners right now! You won't find anyone better!

I want to share my experience with Universal Drain Cleaners and the owner, Eddy Horvath, whose honesty and expertise saved me from making a $10,000 mistake with another plumbing company. A few weeks ago, our master bathroom flooded late at night, so we called a well-known plumbing company advertised on TV. They ran a camera through our drains and claimed the pipes had partially collapsed near the street. They said the only solution was to excavate my entire front yard and replace the piping—for $10,000. They pressured me to sign immediately, making it sound like an urgent emergency. Before making such a huge decision, I called Eddy Horvath from Universal Drain Cleaners. I’ve known of Eddy for over 25 years through my stepdad, who was a plumber for over four decades. My stepdad always spoke highly of Eddy’s honesty, skill, and reliability. When Eddy came out, he ran his equipment through the pipes with no issue at all. His tool went all the way out into the middle of the street, clearing out debris along the way. He found no collapsed pipes, no roots, and confirmed everything was in working order. The water backup we saw weeks earlier had cleared, and the drains were fine. This confirmed my suspicion—the other company was misleading and trying to take advantage of a stressful situation to push unnecessary, costly work. I am incredibly grateful for Eddy’s decades of experience, professionalism, and integrity. He not only solved the problem but also saved me $10,000 and a torn-up front yard. If you need a trustworthy plumber with fair prices, I can’t recommend Eddy and Universal Drain Cleaners enough. Call him first—you won’t be disappointed.

Eddy from Universal Drain Cleaners was fantastic! He arrived at our house within an hour of calling and fixed the clog quickly and efficiently. On top of that, he took the time to educate us on how to help prevent future clogs, especially since our older home has pipes that weren’t designed to work with today’s low-flow plumbing fixtures. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach really stood out. We’ll definitely be saving his number and recommending him to all our friends and neighbors. Highly recommend!
