I was referred to Universal by a co-worker and they did not disappoint. Good communication. I had extensive storm damage that needed immediate attention and they squeezed me in. It took several visits, with mandatory OPPD and city inspections, etc, but the workers were friendly and did a great job. I’ll use them again if need be.

Had a small electrical emergency on a Sunday... Called them Monday morning.... AJ came out that morning to give me an estimate. Said the soonest he could work my issue was next morning which I understood and appreciated. But then AJ was able to call me 30 mins later and said that he moved things around was able to fix it that day! These guys are awesome and totally professional!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!
