My band Flickerstick has been there since 2021. Dakota and Mike are great owners and managers And run a very fair in clean business. All different sizes of rehearsal rooms. Highly recommend.

My band consists of a trio of older gentlemen who get together once a month to meet and jam. We rent the large room for 5 hours and it is literally the best experince we've had in the DFW area. Musicians, this is it. Best place to rehearse.
