Universal roofing recently completed replacing my roof on our home. I can’t express how easy it was working with all of the staff from Dylan in sales to Mike the project manager and Olga from the office who kept me up to date on the process. I normally don’t write a lot of reviews, but I felt the need to since I was very pleased of the completed job and the pricing was fair and such a professional company. I would recommend to anyone the quality of workmanship and complete staff of Universal and roofing. Thank you

Very professional team at Universal Roof. From sales all the way to job completion the team was outstanding to deal with. The quality workmanship and attentiveness were outstanding. Universal Roof and Contracting has done a superior job repairing and replacing my 33 year old shingle roof. Every person that I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I chose Universal because they are the Orlando area Owen’s Corning Platinum Installer. The 25 year warranty and the Exclusive Loyalty Program were additional incentive to hire Universal. From the beginning, Andy Sims in sales was a patient and godly young man who worked with me for over 5 months to nail down exactly what I could expect and what I wanted from the company. The price was fairly valued for the work done and he checked in with me once the job started. Thank you Andy! Next was the project manager Brian Bauer who contacted me to walk the project and climb the roof and explain the difference between roof repair/replacement and craftsmanship and why something I wanted done, would be inferior. He explained the difference in sloping and drainage that his team would complete. As it turns out, Universal employs craftsmen who take pride in their work. 3 days before the project began, Brian brought his project supervisor, Anderson Gomez and the crew leader Edgar to climb and walk the project. I was told that Anderson was the best…. I jokingly asked him if he was the best and he said, “ they say I am”. I appreciated his humility. As the project progressed, I found out why they referred to him as the best… because he has an eye for detail and expects the crew to do the job right the first time. Every detail that I expected was surpassed! All additional work to be done was noted and explained with appropriate pricing. Additional charges were well within reason for the scope of the project. Thank you Anderson! Knowing the craftsmanship of repairs I witnessed and quality of installation that I saw, I expect a very long service life of this Owens Corning installation by Universal Roof and Contractor. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly endorse Universal and these employees particularly: Andy, Brian, Anderson and Edgar.

Universal Roofing is a great choice. They have been very responsive from the beginning to the end of the roof replacement. The job was finished ahead of schedule and the communication from Mike, Raven and Anderson the project manager was excellent. Thank you URC for being great at what you do. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

A great experience, from start to finish. Marty explained everything in detail before contract. Brian and Raven were informative and very professional. I would also like to recognize Mike Ramos and his team for doing a superlative job on our roof and chimney top. He was at the site the entire time of the installation, kept me informed with progress photos and came back another day to complete the chimney top. The house looks 20 years younger with the new roof.
