I really wasn’t sure about SMP when I initially looked into the process, but I was really impressed with Billy’s work. His knowledge and passion really won me over during our consult. His studio was extremely clean and Billy always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. While Billy prepared me well for each session, I was still totally blown away by the results each time. I couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend Billy enough. He’s the best.

My experience with Billy was flawless. I had a unique situation, and he handled it all so professionally from start to finish. It really was amazing! I had three facial hair transplant procedures back in the 2000s using the "strip method." At the time, I had enough hair on my head that I wasn't worried about the scar that was left behind. As the years passed, however, I had less and less hair on my head, and decided that shaving and clipping my hair very close was the best way forward for me. Unfortunately, this now meant that I would be exposing the large scar on the back of my head. After living with it for a couple of years, I saw a tattoo artist who filled in the scar with a grey color. This softened the brightness of the scar, but it created a new problem: There was now an obvious line of grey color on the back of my head. I lived with that new problem for several years, but finally decided this year that it was time to consider addressing it. Billy was the first micropigmentation artist I contacted, and within a week I had my first appointment with him. His communication skills were great, and his studio was very clean. I also loved that it was just a quick bike ride away from where I live in Bankers Hill to his office downtown. The before/after pictures speak for themselves. (The first two pictures are "before" and the second two pictures are "after.") Amazing work, Billy! Thank you so much!

First I was hesitant to do this, so just like any dude that’s new to the SMP world, I went and did my homework, watched a lot of videos and looked at a lot of pictures of people that got SMP. Then I came across this website and looked at his portfolio and I was convinced that this is the dude that would give me back my confidence(pause). Sure enough no more everyday hat day or beanie day. Now I’m more confident when I talk to people, I don’t see them glancing at my shiny bald head. Very professional at what he does. Never in a rushed. This guy does quality job. Thanks Billy.
