I’ve been using Rex for over a year now and haven’t had any problems at all, The bloke is an absolute legend. Before I went with Rex I contacted his other clients and done research and they had the same comments. He’s very flexible with building the website and putting in the time and effort to make a design for you, His communication is excellent, giving plenty of options to pick from. Another bonus is his hours are late in the afternoon makes it easier to communicate being a small business myself. I’ve modified the website several times now And asked if Rex can add photos and do other such things to the site, completed this without charging extra fees, as other places wanted to. If you’re looking for a website build for a decent price, You can’t really go past Rex.
