Don’t let the eyes fool you. My cat can be a spicy little guy when it comes to nail clippings, so I’ve come to Unleashed three times now to ask for help after he’s turned me to ribbons. Han is a miracle worker who’s gotten the job done even though I’ve failed to give the little furball gabapentin and each time. He takes maybe one or two minutes, tops, and even though my cat complains, both groomer and cat make it out unscathed. They’ve got me in as walk-ins every time too. Super impressed!!! (Edit for typo)

Nora and I LOVE this place! Unleashed always does a wonderful job on Mr. Cooperton and we can't be happier. It is always fun to give him a spa day and when he comes back he looks fly. Cooper definitely knows he has schwag because he's always a bit friendlier to other people and dogs, usually wanting to meet with every.single.one. he sees. That would be the only con - your dog will know they've been looks maxxed and will act like it! The team is open to feedback on the cut (i.e., summer cut, winter cut, leave the ears alone, etc) and they always come through. We've used a different stylist every time and they have all been consistently great. Lastly, it's pretty obvious the owner and staff love dogs and that our good boy is taken care of and treated with all the love dogs deserve. I could not recommend more.

Hank did an incredible job grooming my miniature schnauzer puppy she finally looks like a true schnauzer again with her clean lines, fluffy legs, and perfectly shaped brows and beard. You can tell he truly understands the breed and takes his time to get every detail right. Hank is hands down the best schnauzer groomer in NYC and I’m so glad we found him!
