I brought my bike in the morning around 7am to get my bike tire fixed, I then proceed to give my number down. I return later in the day around 12 in the afternoon and my bike has not been worked on due to them finding an additional problem, to add onto that my number was not written down correctly hence why they did not work on my bike. The worker proceeds to say I will receive a text after correctly getting my number down after the second interaction. An hour passes and I receive no text, a second hour passes and I proceed to return to the ship and both workers are sitting with my bike unfinished. One worker then sees me gives me an excuse then proceeds to work on my bike. The additional charge was not an issue but the lack of customer service and care was not attentive as I would have assumed.
Dana and Julia took care of a full tuneup up-replacing my broken derailleur and replacing brake pads. They were communicative and competitively priced and equally important they got me in and out quickly.
I love this place! I stopped by for the first time today to take advantage of the FREE bike valet on my way into SF for work via BART. Super easy, super quick, and the staff are super friendly! 🥰 Honestly, I'll never lock my bike up at a rack ever again 😂
They are the dealer for Specialized. So you can send your Specialized orders to there and they will assemble it for you. The bikes are all Specialized. But other parts are from all vendors. Very customer friendly and very helpful staff
Had a great experience at Uptown BART Bike Station! They replaced the spokes on my rim, fine-tuned my brakes, and even gave me helpful tips on using my gears more efficiently. Super friendly team and their service went above and beyond. Highly recommend if you need any bike work done!
