Seemed well organized however the longer items are rubbing the floor getting dirty and one of the employees was extremely rude. I thought she was a customer with how rude she was but no, it was just close to closing time and she was trying to get the racks in order, customers be damned. Definitely will not be going back. Ridiculous.

I don’t know how people have luck selling anything here. I feel like every time I’ve taken things in they are in nice condition/barely worn and brand name items and they always say the usual “there was some wear and tear or the styles aren’t in anymore.” Funny because when I shop in the store there are items that are more worn down than the items I brought in. I even look at what the store is specifically needing at that time and only take those items in. I feel like the only way they will buy items from you is if you had pretty much bought something brand new the day before and turn around and take it in.

They weren't crowded at all when I went into the store. They were helpful especially since they weren't busy my 1.5 year old kid was running around so I didn't have to worry about her getting hurt. I tried to keep her with me but once they learn to walk it's over lol. I found some good deals. Since I lost weight it been hard for me to get use this new body image. I went from 3x in clothing to medium bottom and large top. I like it's reasonable prices. I will go back to them.

The store is a mess, trash everywhere. The girls they have running the store are rude. They also argue with each other which is unprofessional. There really should be an adult in there… but what do I know. I brought in 17 pairs of very nice jeans and one gymshark leggings. Several were madewell. Some AE. They wanted to give next to nothing for the 2 things they kept. When I said I was surprised she said “yeah we don’t take skinny jeans” in a very rude/dismissive way. Maybe have a list of things you’re not accepting so we don’t waste our time. I won’t be back.
