I had a very unfortunate and bad experience at this location. I saw some new ASICS running shoes for a really good deal and saw the price tag had the size I was needing. It was going to be a gift for my mother because she really liked the style and I bought it without thinking anything of it. As I was leaving the store and heading to the car, I checked the size inside the shoe as well, and realized they were 2 sizes too big! I went back into the store an asked them if I was able to get a refund because THEY had the wrong shoe size on the tag, and they ended up calling up the manager who then ending up saying no. The only thing they could do was give me store credit that only works at that specific store and was suggested to “try them on next time” even though it was supposed to be a gift. I don’t recommend this place and now I have store credit at a store I don’t go to since I do not live in this town.

This is THE cleanest and most organized resale - discounted clothing stores I’ve ever been in. Prices are extremely fair and clothing is solid & top notch quality for being a gently used or new resale shop. They are honest and fair on cash back for items sold to them too. Very pleased & the girls are super nice too! If you’re lucky you may even get a furbaby greeting if you go on the right day! 🐾 🐶

Today was my first time visiting. I was welcomed when I walked in. The store was clean and organized. There were a lot of great items! The gal who let me into the fitting room was friendly. The gal who checked me out was friendly. It was all around a good experience.

I brought a very nice Lands End men’s coat to sell. It had two specks on the front, and the young lady at the desk said they were very interested, and if I had it dry cleaned, they would happily buy it, so I did. When I brought it back, still in the dry cleaner’s bag, they offered me $7.00 for it. I paid over twice that much to have it cleaned, so I said no. I’ll just donate it to someone who can use a really nice, high quality coat. I just assumed after what they told me, they would at least what it cost to have the two tiny spots removed. Big waste of time for me.
