Well it is a mix review…I like that they are fast and you can take cash or store credit. But the big negative is that they give you about $3 for every pieces, being a brand or not. I brought a lot of clothes there, high quality from Saks fifth Avenue and they didn’t take any of them… instead they have a full shop of leggings and crappy clothes which some are dirty! So I was under the impression that this was for high end items! Anyway, I have 2 bins of designer clothes that they didn’t take! Maybe the front girls are too young (in their 20s) and don’t know quality and brands!
Easy shopping because everything is organized by size and type of clothes. Also has lots of assessories. Priced a little higher, however, the quality and time saved in going through merchandise worth it! They buy clothes!!! Take your donations there and they go through it for you and buy what they think will sell and donate the rest to charities. Love this place!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location and feel compelled to share what I’ve observed as a frequent customer. I recently sold luxury items worth approximately $1,000 retail for only $141. I later discovered one item alone was being sold for over $200 in their store. I lost my job in July and desperately needed fair compensation for quality items. When I tried to address this with owner Amber, I never received a callback. Her husband Zack called once, but despite leaving multiple return messages, I’ve been completely ignored. This lack of response feels intentional and disrespectful. As a Black customer who has shopped here many times, I’ve noticed a pattern of how Black customers are treated differently. We are watched closely while shopping, and I’ve observed there are no Black employees at this location. Based on my experience with the lowball offers on my items and the refusal to communicate with me, I believe I was not treated fairly. I cannot recommend this location. The pricing practices seem predatory, especially when people are in vulnerable financial situations, and the customer service is unprofessional at best. I expected much better and feel taken advantage of. Reply to your reply: Amber and Zack I need to address several inaccuracies in your response. First, Zack left me a voicemail, and I returned his call multiple times without receiving a callback. To claim I didn’t attempt to reach back is simply false. Second, you’re correct that I initially withheld my full information—because after my experience, I had concerns about how I was treated and didn’t feel comfortable providing it immediately. Third, regarding your claim of being mixed race: your response dismissing my lived experience with discrimination is deeply inappropriate. I’ve noticed a pattern at your store, and I’m not alone—there are multiple reviews specifically mentioning racist treatment of Black women by your staff. These consistent complaints indicate a systemic issue, not isolated incidents. My review was never about demanding more money. I wanted a conversation to understand your pricing practices—how items are purchased for minimal amounts and then sold at significantly higher prices. That’s a reasonable question any customer should be able to ask. Instead of addressing my concerns, your response deflects and attempts to discredit my experience. You now have my information and purchase history showing the high-end luxury items I brought in. The facts speak for themselves. I expected accountability and professional communication. Instead, you’ve confirmed exactly what my experience suggested about how your business operates.
Such great finds had a good collection of unique pieces whether vintage or name brand- Totally recommend if you’re trying to add to your wardrobe at a reasonable price. It was decorated super cute inside- definitely a vibe. Had Molly L help with a fitting room and at checkout she was super sweet and helpful!
I started coming here in January of this year and I personally hated going shopping before finding this place because of 1. high prices, 2. not being able to find clothes I like simply because they are not catered towards my age group, and 3. there not being a lot of variety. Every single one of those things was something this place was able to solve for me. I used to buy clothes only to have enough to wear in a week or two, but this store has made shopping so much easier for me. So much so that I’ve bought 11 items from them in the span of 4 months, which is pretty crazy for me. All the staff I’ve met so far seem super friendly, the clothes are organized and well categorized, and the store seems to value sustainability as they of course are a thrift store, but they also are bag-free, encouraging people to use reusable bags! 10/10 experience!!!

Elevated thrifting with designer finds at unbeatable prices.
