This place is great! Lots of good quality clothing. Great prices. I had to return a pair of pants because I grabbed the wrong size. It was an issue, very easy, and they put a credit on my account for the next time I come in.

The girls working the night i went in were really nice and up beat. They got me in and out in a timely manner but without making me feel rushed. Also got a decent cash offer on the few items i brought in! Overall, it was a satisfactory visit and i appreciate the good customer service.

I was in yesterday and heard the manager saying rude snyde comments to the younger staff and they seemed really defeated about it. One comment she asked if one of the girls were "micro managing" the other but from what I saw she was just trying to help. Seemed to really put the girl down. I think there should be more encouragement towards the staff especially by the managers. Not rude jokes made IN FROUNT OF CUSTOMERS. Disappointed.

There are lots of fun clothes and shoes. Though I wouldn't say everything there is used, there's a lot of new stuff that is more expensive. I got this outfit for $36 which isn't too bad for the quality of clothes, but it was just a tad bit over my budget. I do also wish they had more of a dress selection. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and everyone was super nice and friendly. I hope to shop there again soon.
