Dr Abraham Widjaja is kind, caring, listens and is a credit to his profession. He takes the time to understand how I am feeling to fully address my issues. He makes sure I understand how to take care of my body and help support myself by teaching me stretches and exercises to better my health. He takes an interest in my life and I genuinely feel that he cares about me as a person not just a patient. Alyssa Hunter always greets me with a cheer and I feel welcome the moment I come into the office. She is helpful and so efficient in scheduling and I appreciate her very much.

I originally visited Uptown Natural Care Center for a running-related pain issue, and I have come back many times over the years for different needs. Every visit reminds me why I keep returning. Dr. Conway and the entire team create such a kind, welcoming and genuinely peaceful environment. From the moment you walk in, you feel cared for as a person-- there's no pressure, just thoughtful, effective care and the sense that your well-being comes first. You don't need to be a certain type of person to feel comfortable here, this is a place for anyone who values thoughtful, grounded, compassionate care. Also worth noting - even though it's located right on Hennepin Ave, the parking is easy thanks to the adjacent lot. Very stress-free.

I have had a amazing experience with Uptown Natural Care! Over the course of 9 years of desk work and bad posture, I developed neck and shoulder pain as well as numbness in my arm and hand. A recent career change, which made me suddenly more active, exacerbated the issue. I decided to go to Uptown because of all of the high reviews I saw online, and I have not been disappointed. Dr. Dan Conway is amazing! He is so kind, and he really makes you feel heard and comfortable. After each session, I feel immediate relief, and those sessions coupled with some daily stretches I do at home have helped me feel so much better overall. Alyssa who works at the desk is also always so friendly and kind. I could not recommend these folks enough!
