Had a party on a weekday here. Cannot recommend it enough! It’s like having a private party. The kids had a blast. The staff were so kind with the kids. The harness attractions and the bumper cars were only open on a rotating basis given the shortage of staff on a weekday, but they were great trying to accommodate the kids! Shout out to AJ - awesome party host! He was so incredibly helpful with everything. Wasn’t pushy, wasn’t awkward, offered to help with decor and everything I did. Answered questions, quick at getting supplies, and never went missing! Unfortunately the combat course was closed, and the plumbing was out of commission (thus no kitchen or indoor bathrooms). But it still turned out great. We had no issues at all. But given that it was dead of winter and a trampoline park, we did bring a bottle of sanitizer! Lol - I think I saw that they had some too; but I didn’t want to take the chance.
This place has so many fake 5 star reviews it’s mental - So while you look at how disguting this place is from my photos, let me say that 3 days after our visit my entire family started to feel ill, and my toddler is now throwing up while I have stomach virus symptoms. $61 for 3 people, and that’s with my toddler son having the “basic” pass and me and my husband getting the half off parent crap. Socks for the 3 of us were $12. Three of the things included in the BASIC pass were closed, no one said anything - In fact we were the only ones there for the hour we could stand in this filthy place. Trampolines are stained and covered in God only knows what, the toddler area had no lighting and the playground was so nauseatingly dirty and sticky I almost had us leave 5 minutes into being there - But alas, $61 for what was supposed to be a fun family time made us stay for an hour. Look at my pics, you’ll see I wasn’t lying. Honestly, just go somewhere else. Hell, anywhere else.
The cost to get in would be fair if everyone was open. All I was told was one trampoline was shut down. The huge ball pit was closed. The ropes course was “open” but they didn’t have a worker manning it so the kids can go on it. A second trampoline was roped off. So for 75 bucks for two kids they couldn’t even do half of the stuff offered in the price. No discounts for all the broken stuff at all. Like I said the price was fair if just the one trampoline was closed.
Visited on August 17, 2025 I was very disappointed with our visit to this park. When we arrived, we discovered that three attractions were closed — and unfortunately, those were the main ones available for kids under 48 inches tall. Because of this, my daughter had very limited options for play, and our experience was far from what we expected. What made it worse is that the ticket seller did not mention that so many attractions were closed. Had I known, I would have chosen another location instead of spending money on tickets that didn’t provide fair value. Families with younger children should be warned about closures before purchasing tickets. Transparency is very important, and in this case it was lacking. On top of that, the facilities really need to be refreshed. All of the trampolines looked and felt old and dirty, which added to the overall disappointment.
We came here for my son's 9 year old birthday party. The host, Jada, was amazing and super attentive to all of the kids questions and was very sweet to all of them. The location was clean and well maintained. All of the kids had an amazing time.
