My daughter had an excellent 10th birthday party today! Remington was great to work with and very thorough explaining the process and making sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. When we arrived we were greeted by our amazing host Briana. Briana was superb, very nice, patient and extremely helpful throughout the party process. She made sure everyone was taken care of and didn’t want for anything. Amazing experience overall 1000 out of 10.

Kaitlyn and Briana did an absolutely amazing job helping set up my sister’s party at Urban Air. This was my sister’s very first birthday party, and they truly made it the best one possible. From the moment we arrived, they were organized, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly and that our guests felt taken care of. Remington was also wonderful, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the event. Together, they made the experience so special, and I am very grateful for their hard work and positive energy.

One of my kids favorite spots! Recently had a birthday party here and it was great. Staff were friendly and my host Briana was a sweetheart. She was thorough and consistent, which i really appreciated. The party coordinator Remington was professional and made sure everything ran smoothly, checking in often. There are quite a few attractions for the kids to enjoy and get into. There is a ballpit, trampoline area,rock climbing and a skyride, which all the kids want to experience. However,there is a height and weight restriction for a couple of things. The food area is also great, listing a variety of snacks and everyday finger eats that we all love. From Pizza, wings,popcorn, slurpies, ice cream and a great selection of theater style candies. Overall,great safe indoor fun and wonderful alternative to outside play.🤗

Gavin and Remington provided excellent customer service to me and my party. They had a prompt response to request and great attention to detail. I will definitely book to come back to Urban Air Mansfield because of their customer service. My son had an awesome 7th birthday.
