Customer service was off from the start. I've had a membership for about two years for some reason a old account from a previous location appears. Chandler the manager tells me this account is invalid due to nonpayment. I tell Chandler no there's two accounts please find the updated one it took him a couple mins after even showing me the computer that the account was invalid. I asked if there was a way to remove this because as a customer I don't want to be told it's invalid if I know it's been paid. I also was in need of a charger so phone was on as I waited for my oldest child while youngest jumped. I asked multiple workers as they told me where to find a charger Jace was kind enough to let me use until another worker(Christopher)and manager Chandler told him no. I asked if it could just charge five percent he still said no. Christopher and Chandler stood together as they whispered. Very unprofessional first time at this location. Not impressed

I will like to give a big shout out to Irving at the urban cafe. His customer service is excellent. He went over and beyond to make sure my order was to my satisfaction. I am very picky and he delivered with professionalism and a smile. Thank you Irving for making my experience at urban air spectacular!!! I also will like to give a big shout out to Jace. His knowledge of the menu and customer service is phenomenal. He was very patient as he answered my questions and I was very satisfied with the food item that I chose. A big shout to you for making my day pleasant and amazing. It’s the little things that count and you rocked it!

Urban Air is a kids’ paradise! I brought my daughter here and she couldn’t stop smiling from the moment we walked in. Between the giant ball pits, the zip line, climbing areas, and rows of trampolines, it’s nonstop adventure that keeps kids moving, laughing, and burning off all that energy. As a parent, I really appreciate that while the kids go wild, you can actually take a breather, and catch up on texts, flip through a book, or just relax knowing they’re having fun in a safe environment. The monthly membership is a no brainer. It gives full access to everything in the park plus a slice of pizza and a popcorn, which makes the outing both fun and a good value. The arcade is the only area that could be stronger, it’s limited and a little pricey for what’s there, but honestly, with everything else the park offers, it’s just a side note. All in all, Urban Air is a fantastic, family friendly spot that feels like a dream come true for kids. We’ll definitely be back again and again!

Kids had a good time here. Stayed for about 4.5 hours. Went in a Sunday, and it was not overly crowded. There are a lot of different activities, but different access levels, so the basic entrance fee doesn't grant access to everything. Not saying that is bad, just making sure people are aware of that. The only downside was the food service is a bit slow. Took about 20 + minutes just to get a popcorn order. Almost 30 minutes to get an order of cheese fries. I can say the food was fresh when we did get it, so that was a positive. Overall, it was a good time and kids had a blast

Went for jumperoo because it is a great value ....but beyond that ....wow....this place is probably the dirtiest and nastiest indoor park I have been too. It was appalling to see it as very young toddlers were running around. Trash, dust, dirt, grime, handprints on the glass, broken smashed and dirty ball pit balls, ripped and taped mats, residue on the trampolines...it was beyond filthy. They didn't even bother to fully clean the party room or even wipe the dry erase marker off the doors from a previous party lord knows how long ago. No way your little one doesn't get sick at this place. I am surprised they haven't been slammed with a health violation. They tout at the door it's the cleanest park but it is the exact opposite.
