Fun for the kids. However, my review is safety related. I noticed a large bottle of spray sanitizer was left INSIDE the playscape. I notified an employee who said it would be taken care of. After 20-30 minutes without removal of the chemicals, I went to the top of the playscape to remove it myself. Mistakes happen. Inaction after notifying staff that chemicals are accessible to children is unacceptable.

During our visit, it wasn't busy and my daughter wanted to play laser tag. With no other kids around, the staff got together so she could have an actual battle. She absolutely loved it. Above and beyond by the staff! Shoutout to Brea and Zaine for being extra helpful!

Disappointed. 1st red flag, pulling up to an empty parking lot. 2nd red flag, walking into an empty building. Sadly we paid online, and had no choice but to proceed. We discovered that most attractions were closed and needed to be requested for access. As we requested access, the staff gave us all sorts of excuses. Excuse #1, we have started to close down (mind you we had 2 hours left before closing. Excuse #2, I don’t know how to operate the attraction. Excuse #3, I need authorization from my manager to operate. The employees looked annoyed and upset that we were there. Mind you we paid $184.00 to spend time at this park. We literally were walking in circles to get staff to operate attractions. NEVER AGAIN. Please find a picture attached with the signs posted on most attractions.

Kids live playing here, hours of fun. It is under a new general manager now and is much better ran than it was a few years ago. It is expensive but the kids have such a great time.
