Went there yesterday to check out the location and the glow theme.. we will be back for a birthday party in February, the staff is very friendly and greeted us immediately. Very happy with the place, we tried the food and everything was great, clean establishment. We will definitely update after the birthday party in February!! Cannot wait!!

Super super fun for all ages kids! My 4 year old went to a birthday party there and I thought… probably not going to be a lot for her to do because she is so small… man was I wrong. The ball pit is huge, their staff is great, the games were super fun! Highly recommend!

2nd time going to this location. Parking is fine and the place is clean, bathrooms included. Staff was friendly and kids had fun. Should I have to pay about $30 per kid? No, over priced in my option...maybe $30 for 1st kid and some discount as you add more? Food was not bad at all. Definitely only something our family can do rarely for the price. Overall, fun and clean environment for kids!

Today 10/13/2025 at 1:25 pm I just left this place where they didn't help me because I don't speak English. There were 4 Latinos at the counter and they didn't want to help me buy the tickets. I don't recommend this place. The staff is unprofessional. They don't serve you. It's a disaster. I won't come back.

I had an amazing time with my son for his 11th birthday party and our host Gerald was fantastic and attentive to our needs. He made sure to keep checking on our party and keeping us updated with whatever he was doing to assist us. We had an amazing time and the staff was all around great. It was clean, our table was set and ready to go. I got everything I paid for and was informed on anything else. Over all a great experience for a birthday party and one again thank you GERALD for helping me make this experience possible for my child!
