Unfortunately we came on a Saturday after receiving “scratch off” discounts from my sons birthday party and and we were informed that we couldn’t even use the discount because we were told that it’s only valid Monday through Wednesday. I think that is ridiculous that we came all the way just to not be able to use it when that was the main reason we chose here over sky zone. You shouldn’t give them out if you cannot use them at your convenience. HORRIBLE experience! Also got here at 6:35 and had to wait 25 minutes because they were not letting anyone in till 7:00 even though we bought tickets online! would not recommend unless you come on a weekday and even then proceed with caution
The assistant manger of this facility is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Photo Booth charged me three times before it printed my pictures. She told me she would not issue a refund because they don’t own the machine. She took zero responsibility for something that is located on their property and branded urban air. She told me I would have to reach out directly to customer service to get a refund. She was extremely rude and blew me off refusing to help provide a solution. I would not be happy if I were the owner of this location with the way my manager is representing my business.
The staff are kind of rude. They will walk right through you if your with your family, and they spend time chatting eachother up then paying attention half the time. There was a birthday party and the girl brought one small drink container at a time for a large party. Not sure if the staff was supposed to help with much other than getting supplies we ordered there, but they didn't do either. So the meal time took much longer than it needed to. Urban air has added a lot of fun things that even adults can take part in. The offer of things range for the whole family, so that's nice. I'm nit sure if people were smoking in there or if it was fog machines or something, but a few asthmatic kids had a hard time, then i started to and had to use my inhaler a few times. The parking is a smaller area, but you can park further away on the wide street that goes around the building. ALL in all, the staff dropped the interest to return to this location.
I want to be contacted by them cause it’s ridiculous I had my son’s 6th birthday on 12-7 5-7pm) it was a disaster from the start. When the parents did the waiver and checked in did not get wrist bands or socks we had to wait up to a half an hour for the host to grab more. Once the pizza was brought out, it could not be served to all the kids until I went up to front to pay the balance for the party which is super inconvenient when all the guests are waiting to eat. I voiced my concerns to the manager Courtney. The party host never came back until the end to clean. At 7:02 security asked if we were leaving I said yes 3 guests left getting shoes on. At 7:05 security came back and told us they want us to leave asap. I immediately went to the front and talked to Courtney, she told me no one wanted us to leave or to escort us out and to write a review survey and I would be contacted. She was helpful but the party host and experience was horrible for $430. All my guests were stunned and don’t ever wanna come back.
I had a party for my daughter and it was a HORRIBLE idea. Never again. All started with an add on pizza. When I got there it wasn't on my sheet. The manager, Holly called me a liar when I told her that I had called prior to add on and it was a guy that I spoke to. She tells me no guys there answer the phone. She was very rude, unprofessional, and not accommodating. She was going back and forth with myself and others that was with me. At one point she told us we can leave. She also added names on the sheet to make it seem like I had more kids than I actually had. Which caused an issue when it was time to pay. The cashier Blair was very rude as well. Smacking her gum and rolling her eyes. This is not someone you want to see at the face of an establishment. I wasted so much time standing in the long line with our party host and then more time waiting for them to fix the bill with the correct amount of names. Even tho the pizzas were ready, We were told the kids couldn't eat until the bill was paid. And after the long wait the pizzas were not hot anymore. Our party host Chayse was great. He was very apologetic the whole time about his manager's behavior. Also Courtney spoke with us at the of the party. She was nice too. I wish she was the one I dealt with instead of Holly. Maybe our birthday experience would have been better. Do yourself a favor and have your party somewhere else.
