Unfortunately a pretty bad party experience, really comes down to staff not being very helpful (maybe they were just stretched too thin to be able to assist with concerns), despite multiple attempts to talk to them about unsafe situations on the floor with kids and parents being verbally and physically intimidating, using foul language, etc., to other kids. There's a security guard at the entrance that was really friendly, so maybe worth adding others over by some of the play areas. Our party host was great once we were able to get in (that was about a 15-20 minute wait in line even for multiple party hosts), but more of an issue with the management and low staffing.

Kids always have a fun time, us patrnts also had a fun time. Around the areas could be a little cleaner and some of the staff don't look too happy or interested in being at work but its all good. Still overall a great time. Even for our 2 year old. He was hungry and ready for a nice long nap. We all are lol. Its a great time and even better when during the week when there is barely anyone there. You have the whole place to your self. Its awesome

The kids had a blast at which in turn made me have a blast just to watch them smile and so happy so yes the experience overall was awesome

I will give them a negative review, they didn’t even a deserve a 1 star. First off all ,rude staff, especially those whose answering phones. They don’t know how to speak to a customer, they’re being mean. Then second the place is too dirty, no available food and they computed my bill wrong. They added kid who is not included. That tip I gave, you doesn’t deserve it because your service is horrible. I will never ever go back to this place again. Read reviews first before you book.

Too many undisciplined people including the staff. If you don’t behave like them, it’s very hard to stay and enjoy your time. Birds of the same feather 🪶 they fly together.
