It’s really dirty inside Sky Zone. Floors are nasty. They need to do a deep deep clean. I couldn’t wait to leave.

This skyzone has horrible customer service , my son who is only 6 was mistreated by staff , stating that if he don’t get out of the thing he was playing in that he’s going to make the staff mad , words were get out before you make me mad , also the food bar the guy at the cashier was really mean for absolutely no reason at all I ordered a pizza his customer service skills sucks no greeting nothing , him in a female employee was laughing about what just happen not to mention he also burned our pizza as a member of white marsh community for over 15 years I encourage no one to visit this site there are nothing but kids working here with zero perfessional skills my rating will be a negative zero just based off how I was treated in also My son I ask my son did he enjoy himself he said he enjoyed the market but the staff was mean to him , I’m so happy I’m not the old me we definitely was treated bad
