We paid for unlimited bowling for 5 people. Our first assigned lane never worked. We waited 30 minutes for staff to relocate us to another lane. Then at the start of the second game the lane broke. 45 minutes later they told us we had to pay $10.99 for each person for the 1 game and they refunded us a total of 18$. This is the worst managed lane in Maryland avoid it

The absolute worst experience ever. Lanes constantly breaking down. Slow service. Manger has an attitude because we keep asking to get our lane fixed. Ordered food took 30 mins with only 18 lanes active. Employees just not motivated at all.

It was great however we had to be going to empty lanes to look for bowling balls and most were HEAVY!! And couldn't really find the perfect weight ones. We ordered pizza half pepperoni and half cheese which came with a free pitcher of juice, however the pizza was soooo oily so honestly would not recommend getting that maybe try something else. We asked for a pitcher of water and we got one so all in all 3.5/5

Omgoodness my family and I had so much fun. The staff made sure we were well taken care of, from the front desk to the food court and management. Wow we had a wonderful experience. I can't say enough about everyone there. The staff treated me and my family like we were family. I can't thank them enough. I can't wait to go back.
