I had my son’s 6th birthday party here today and we had a host named Stanley! He was the absolute sweetest, most attentive, and very respectful young man. He was also very welcoming and he made sure we had everything we needed. My family even bragged on how sweet and attentive he was. You don’t find many young people who enjoys their job. You guys definitely have a great employee and if we were to have another party I would definitely request him to be my host!! We love urban air!!! Thank you again Stanley for everything!!!

I recently attended a birthday party for my niece at Urban Air Adventure Park in Raleigh, and I was blown away by how great the entire experience was! The facility was impeccably clean, thoughtfully laid out, and filled with tons of fun activities for kids of all ages. I felt completely safe and well taken care of thanks to the attentive and friendly staff. Even the bumper cars were a blast! Urban Air also provided the pizza for the party, and it was surprisingly fresh and delicious — even the crust was amazing. If you're looking for the perfect spot to host a birthday celebration, or a fun way to escape the cold weather, I highly recommend Urban Air in Raleigh. So fun!

Went here for a birthday party. The room has plenty of space for the kids and the adults. The pizza was good. My daughter had a ton of fun bouncing and playing on the numerous different bounce attractions. This is the 2nd time we've been here, and I would recommend earlier in Sunday for sure. It was not that crowded and it was all little kids. We stayed until 3pm and it started getting very busy, and a lot more big kids, around 2pm. If you have very little kids, 9 or younger, I recommend getting there by noon on Sunday.

I can’t say enough good things about Urban Air! My son and I had such a wonderful experience, and I truly want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Andrew. He went above and beyond to make our visit extra special — not just for my little one, but for me as well. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to make sure families feel welcome, but Andrew did exactly that. From the moment we walked in, he was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and thoughtful gestures really stood out and turned what could’ve been just a fun outing into something we’ll both remember for a long time. I also love that Urban Air offers Toddler Time on Fridays — it’s such a great idea! It gives younger kids a safe, relaxed time to play, explore, and just be themselves without the big-kid chaos. Thank you again to Andrew and the whole Urban Air team for creating such a fun, family-friendly environment. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Had a blast visiting. I like rhe new concept of one price for all activities for the length of your visit. My only wish is that the bumper car area was expanded. There wasn't a lot of room for the kiddos to move. I'm sure we'll be back.
