Arrived at 4:15pm today and there are about 20 people waiting. No one is at the counter. I go upstairs to see what’s going on and ask if there should be someone downstairs. They send a trainee down who admits he is new and doesn’t know what to do. Another employee comes down a few minutes later to start checking people in. Most of the employees seem uninterested and have no sense of urgency. The card machine for the video games wasn’t working I had to get them to fix that. And then later after I buy the card I find the machines are nearly empty without the toys or prizes. Other than that this is a beautiful place with lots of stuff for the kids to do. Lots of potential if the management were to improve.

We had a great experience at Urban Air Trampoline Park in Houston Heights! My daughter had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave. There were plenty of activities to keep her entertained, and everything was well organized. I was especially impressed with how clean the entire facility was, from the play areas to the seating and restrooms. It’s clear the staff works hard to maintain a safe and clean environment. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌🏼💯

The experience here is fun with many things to do but even if you buy the most expensive membership monthly they offer no discount for party packages and are not honoring the 50% off black Friday deal. IMO I wouldn't plan a birthday party here unless your willing to drop $800.00 to $1,000.00 and yes I do pay for a Platinum membership currently.

I absolutely loved everything about this park from the first day I walked in it. The owner was there and assisted with booking a party for my son. On the day of the party, I was able to set up my decor 10 mins sooner than expected just because the manager was sooo cool about it. My host Ezra and some friends helped me set up and break down my party. Everyone that attended was so amazed at how clean the area was and how attentive the staff was. It was crowded (day after the grand opening) but all of my party guest were able to ride everything more than once. The pricing!??? That was my favorite part. I booked 2 party rooms (20 kids) and it was so convenient priced! One of the cheapest kids places I’ve been to celebrate my kids birthdays. We will definitely take that 45 mins drive again. Our first time was on Father’s Day, 2 hrs before closing and felt like we had the place to ourselves! We had the best time! On 7/20 we had our daughter’s 4th birthday party, and everyone had a blast! Our party coordinator Shailan was awesome. Super kind, organized, and attentive. It was so nice to just SHOW UP with the cake and not worry about anything else. I highly recommend booking the 11am slot, especially if you have younger kiddos (much less crowded earlier in the day) My party animal stayed til 4pm! 👹👹🤪 ^ my scary over tired child emoji We had the “VIP” room upstairs which was nice & included 3 pizzas, but if you have grandparents or guests who would like to avoid stairs, maybe request a first-floor room. My girl’s new favorite shirt is her pink birthday shirt she got at her party! Can’t wait for our next Urban Air day! 😃
