Just finished my daughter's 13th at Urban Air Tulsa and our party hostess Isabel did an awesome job, as well as all the staff. I didn't do a thing and everyone had fun.
Shout out to Urban Air for giving my daughter a birthday party that felt joyful instead of exhausting. From the moment we checked in, everything flowed so smoothly that I could actually breathe and be present, which any parent knows is the real gift. The staff, especially Takyra and Shai, were kind, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept things organized without killing the fun, handled questions with patience, and made us feel genuinely taken care of the entire time. The kids were in pure heaven, running, laughing, and burning off every ounce of energy, while my daughter felt truly celebrated. No scrambling, no confusion, no stress. Just a party that worked. And honestly, finding such a great deal on Groupon made it even sweeter. Being able to give her a big, memorable experience without breaking the bank made the whole day feel like a win. Urban Air didn’t just host a party, they gave us a really good memory!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing time at Urban Air celebrating our son’s 10th birthday! Monse went above and beyond to help us and made everything so smooth. Our host, Brooklyn, was excellent—so attentive and great with the kids. Every single person had a blast, from the 2-year-olds all the way to my mom (who’s a grandma now 😆). Such a fun, energetic place for all ages. Thank you, Monse and Brooklyn, for making this day so special! 💜
My wife and I just hosted our daughter's 5th party there yesterday. At first, there was some confusion and miscommunication at the fault of Urban Air which started to cause problems. However, when I tell you that Lauren and Jason have some "good old fashioned customer service," they quickly turned what was becoming a nightmare into a dream! My daughter got exactly what she wanted - a Hello Kitty-themed pajama birthday party bouncing with all of her friends! Though a rocky start, this event turned into one of the best birthday parties ever! It was so much fun! I recommend them and would return.
This is the best place to get your moneys worth! Its the place to go if you wanna let your kids get out all that energy (trust me I got 3). There is no time limit, alot of different activities for all ages (even my 2 year old), good food, and the staff is very nice (Shoutout to Katy!). We will definietly be back again soon!
