This place smell so bad like burnt grease, the floor is in really bad shape. Front desk don’t do their job and takes forever to get your tickets even if you already paid. The ball pit looks dirty I don’t recommend this place , it’s a hazard zone for our kids!!!

Awesome Customer service! Yana at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Aliyah the GM was fantastic as well. If you’re looking for a place full of fun and a great crew to welcome you and your family in plz do yourself and others a favor and be sure to stop into Urban Air Arlington!

It's cheaper than the one in Jackson, MS where we stay. It's better I just didn't see the arcades go karts. But it was great good music and customer service.

Neat Place, fun activities for the kids . Staff was a bit cold , but could have been due to it being early on a Saturday morning. Pizza was fresh, Fries were fresh, floors were clean. I'd recommend this place for a Birthday Party or even just to get the kids out of the house. Plenty of parking .

We recently had my son's 5th birthday here and everything was great! Check in process, set up, our host; Nyla, and check out process was smooth. Nyla was very attentive and friendly. She offered her assistance to help in every way. The park was not crowded, which was surprising to me. We had our party on a Friday night from 6-8. My son and his friends had a wonderful time. No issues this way!
