Brought my grandsons here to burn off energy. My 4 year old grandson had a tantrum due to the limit of times he could play Jurassic Park. Ashley hooked him up with a stuffed Dragon and talked me into the upcharge of the ultimate pass - his mood changed immediately with the upgrade and the gift.

We went with our five grandkids ages 11 to 3. Had such an amazing time. Sunday after opening, the crowd was light. Riley at check in helped us get the kids ready with their socks and arm bands. She was very kind and patient. The kids played for almost 4 hours. Lots of trampolines and zip lining and bumper cars. One employee named James helped us out on several of the feature rides, including the bumper cars when our granddaughter had trouble with the controls. He stopped the ride and got her going. Latrice the manager checked on us a few times to make sure we were happy and having fun. The kids had the best time at Urban Air. It was the highlight of the Christmas break. They talked about it for days and are looking forward to going back as soon as we can get them there.

We love Urban Air for our 8 year old boy to get that energy out! Always clean and safe. We had a birthday party here as well and it was run perfectly. Happy kids, happy parents! Thank you to Tony for the great personality and sharing the review code!

Michelle and the staff was excellent. Took time to help the kids. The kids loved being there and we will be back soon. So much fun and a nice friendly place for the kids to play

We booked a party for our grandson's 10th birthday. The kids had a blast! Everything was professionally done. We didn't have to worry about anything. Our host was Brooklyn. She was delightful, friendly, and very accommodating. I highly recommend Urban Air, Akron!
