Omg!!!!!! Ari alaniz Is the best manager party host hands down. My son had a fantastic time turned 11 in the best way Possible friendly service, good food, excellent perks and let’s not forget the price definitely budget friendly book your kids events here you won’t be disappointed!!!

This place is awesome!! My 8yr old had the best time attending his friend's bday party there. Now I'm planning to host his next bday party there. All activities there were amazing! Definitely recommend!!

The issue we had was if you did not have a table received or part of a party staff member would ask you to move. Clearly seeing a costume consuming the food sold here. We were ask to move twice. Maybe this should post around the table so other customers are aware.

My granddaughters 3 yr old Party 🥳 was at Urban Air 290 and Hempstead Aug 17th. Urban Air has something for all ages she had some much fun all my grand kids have memberships they pay for themselves. James the manager is always so kind. The staff is awesome from the front door to the private rooms. The bathroom 🚻 was also clean 👌
