Had my daughters second birthday there last minute and they gave me no problems at all and made the whole party run so smoothly and made sure we had everything we needed big big shout out to Hugo!! Our party host don’t know if I spelled that right lol but he is honestly the best and made my daughters birthday one to remember he just went above and beyond for us thank you so much will definitely be choosing urban air for out next parties 🩷

Had kiddos Bday here... rented a room, hostess was super nice, but very quiet, shy and hard to hear... service was good. Food was basic but did the job... the "glow party" night was not really "glowing"... but honestly the kids had fun and the party went smooth so what more could yah ask for

Anita was a wonderful party host. She assisted with everything and anything. She was very informative and attentive and I probably couldn't have asked for a better party host. Everything was clean and the food and drinks were good! The kids had a wonderful time playing, and we will more than likely have another party at urban air again!

Expensive but what isn't these days. My kids had a great time and we all felt we got our money's worth. Food could be better but again it's not meant to be gourmet dining. Went early on a Saturday and didn't feel too crowded or rushed. If I lived in town I would probably spring for the season passes.
