This is a fun place to take kids ages 3+ but their check-in system is extremely frustrating and slower than if check-ins were done by an employee. The signage does not inform customers that they “must” purchase on their phone and then show the phone to an employee for wristbands. The website stated an error and told me to see a representative. The employee explained the counterintuitive aspects of the website (enter parent birthday even though website says to enter “participant” birthday and zoom in to locate extremely small box to check before paying) and finally I was able to pay and complete the check in. All of this too much longer than if the employee handled the purchase process.

Last time coming to this cluster . Can’t just pay and check in at a counter that says , buy tickets here etc etc and 2 people working at , you know have to go use a qr code … hit each kid 🙄 . Then guess what , kept getting g error messages ( all 3 kids ) not just me . Soooo the girl at desk had to check us in. Guess what else , no cash . For anything … food included . So you can’t give your kids cash , you have to give them your cc. Totally over priced and such a pain to check in. My kids will not be back

We had a birthday party here in June and had the BEST experience. Because of our large party size and amount of time we scheduled, they booked us party room one and two for the day. We loved it so much we decided to book again for our daughter’s first birthday. As discussed with Bailey (previous person that booked our party) we were doing a literal copy and past from our party in June. When we arrived, they only gave us one party room AFTER confirming our reservation in detail the previous Tuesday. Management (Ashley) and whoever rhe girl confirmed us was, were super rude. They also gave us a measley table in the middle of the floor to “accommodate” us - forcing our large party to separate. Not only did I confirm we booked for both party rooms 1 & 2 and got a “yes, that’s what I have for you” we also asked for no decorations and had a list of add on food items from the last party with a time so we didn’t have to wait for our food long. When we got there the room was completely decorated and they had no idea what food I had ordered in advance - waited another hour and a half. They put the problem all on the last party manager Bailey, who I highly doubt was the problem since everything was flawless last time. Since change in management staff is rude, and very clearly lack attention to detail. Complete 180 difference from our experience in June. This chaos only added to an already stressful day and completely ruined our experience. Will NOT be booking again.

We visited on a Saturday morning for a friend's birthday party. My son had a blast. There is a lot to do! Trampolines, a climbing center, slides, a rock wall, a zip line and more! The facility was very clean. The party room was spacious. The staff and the "party host" were great. They were friendly, vibrant and organized. They kept things running smoothly and assisted with food, drinks, cake and clean up. Everything was very efficient. I just have two suggestions. The climbing/ tubes area could be a little more well lit, for two reasons - so the kids can see better and as parents, we can keep an eye on our children better. And lastly, the parking lot is oddly shaped. 🤷♀️ I know not much of anything can be done about that but that's my only so called complaint. I would definitely visit here again. I would also consider having my child's party here in the future.

10 out of 10 recommend!!! With the help of the manager, Bailey, and the party host Leah, my seven-year-old’s birthday was 10 out of 10 recommended as per my son’s words. My son is autistic and I wanted to make sure the day went smooth, they were able to accommodate all of our special requests, make sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner, even made an extra step to go out-of-the-way to please, my son, the food was great, Everything was perfect.
