We had a birthday party for our kids and got one of the party rooms. Service and set up exceeded our expectations. Jaleea was our Park Lead and she was incredibly nice and made sure we had a great time. All the guests had a blast and every family was in awe of the service and ease of access.

We had a large group come to the adventure park and Hayden was very patient with us. She helped us get through registering all of our kids and finding the best value. The place was very clean and our group had a great time. We will come back here in the future!!

Very happy with our group’s experience. Despite how busy it was at times, the staff remained friendly, welcoming, and attentive. When I brought a small issue to the owner, he was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, which truly stood out. All attractions were clean, well maintained, and fully functional. The atmosphere was positive and inviting, and the space felt safe and well run. This is an excellent indoor play option on a cold winter day and I would highly recommend it.

We attended a birthday celebration here and were blown away by how wonderfully this place is run. The entire staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help! A special shout-out goes to their amazing managers, Julia and Kristi, who made everything seamless from start to finish. You can tell they truly care and want everyone to have an amazing time. The space itself is very clean with lots of various activities for kids getting all their wiggles out. Truly great for ALL ages!! The pizza was surprisingly delicious too, better than your typical party-place food! We also had an awesome team member, Cevo, who went above and beyond to keep the fun flowing and engaged with my kiddos so wonderfully! Highly, highly recommend this spot. Hands down the best place for kids to play, explore, and have a blast. We’ll definitely be back, especially with my daughter begging to have her birthday here!! Thank you, Urban Air Madison!!!

Just recently went here with my kiddos and they had a blast! We were there midday on a weekend and did not have to wait in line at all to enter. Aracely at the front desk was very helpful getting our tickets in-person when I had some trouble pre-purchasing online. My kids (ages 2-8) played for hours and enjoyed multiple different areas of the park. Nathan in the cafe was patient with my kids when they all had specific Icee orders and our pizza was hot and ready in no longer than 15 minutes. Julia the manager was also quick to help when I needed the locker we had used for the day re-opened when I realized I had left something behind. Overall we had a great experience and will be back to play!
