Our host Faby was very kind and attentive at all times, always looking out for anything we needed or wanted. THANK YOU FABY!! One detail I can't fail to mention is that the decorations weren't what they promised. They asked what color I wanted the balloons and tablecloth, but there were no decorations at all. Only one table had a tablecloth, and the others were plain and undecorated. They told me they would decorate in a single color, and I asked for blue, but they didn't follow through. The food is good and ready quickly. I recommend it because it's fun for children.
Huge shout out to Bray, Elier, Kiara, and Sandra who got my 4 kids in the zip line just one more time tonight!! It was a great ending to our Winter Break! We will be back! Additionally, when we got here, Estefani was so patient and wonderful as we came with our 4 kids! Thank you so much Urban Air!!
My girls had a blast. While our visit there I ordered boneless plan chicken wings fries and a pizza 2 icee one fountain drink. After we ate kids played a few minutes later once I got to my car I was not feeling well. Long story short I ended up getting food poisoning. Nice place to allow your little ones and big ones play.
We had an awesome experience at Urban Air in Reno, but what really stood out was our hostess Faby. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Faby went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, and her positive attitude truly made the visit better. Because of her, we will definitely be coming back.
I love this place for my kid. We had his birthday party here and the staff took care of everything! It was so nice not to worry with anything and just enjoy. We’ve been coming back ever since and will continue to do so. The staff is always so kind and friendly and they treat everyone like VIPs. My son has special needs and I always know he can go play and be safe. And whoever had the idea to put massage chairs in needs a raise!
