We took three of our grandchildren there on Monday 1/26/26. It has been cold and we wanted to get them out of the house for a change of pace. We paid the added amount for the Ultimate Package, only to find out that attractions were closed. The rock wall, the parkor (sp?) and the ropes course never opened. The zip line eventually opened after having to request. We were all very disappointed. I sent a message on the contact page and never heard back. At a minimum we should receive a refund for the added payment for the premium attractions, or a voucher of some type. However, they blew us off. I would definitely go to Get Air or Fun City if we had to do again.

I pay a monthly membership for both of my children. Most visits are OKAY. Today was just horrible. NO LOCKERS in the facility at all! Rude customer service workers. Like rude to children & adults. The nerve to ask for a 5 star review JUST to get on a ride again. I was not pleased. Atmosphere was disturbing, dirty, and had a weird smell. I sneezed almost the whole time we were there. Not before & not after. I was just overall disgusted, like where and what is my money going too. PLEASE JUST TAKE YOUR KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Tickets too expensive to have to deal with that.

My kids love this place, I don't think its bad, it's a little expensive. We did try the summer pass which gave my kids unlimited access for 3 months for the prive of two visits. It was worth it. They also get free pizza and popcorn. The staff is pleasant and I like that I see cleaning and upkeep. We had a very helpful experience with Janaiya.

Terrible experience, both the front desk and manager were rude. Non of the advertised sales were actually offered or accepted. We came from canada just for this park and left without going in- the experience was terrible, we will stay away and make sure other do too.

The attractions were great. My child really enjoyed the skyrider. It was very fun! However there were a lot of attractions closed and also the food was overpriced.
