We had an amazing time at Urban Air Adventure Park! The park was super clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and there were so many activities beyond just trampolines. The kids loved the obstacle courses, climbing walls, and dodgeball area, and the whole place felt safe and well organized. Even during a busy time, everything ran smoothly and the employees kept the attractions moving efficiently. Perfect spot for birthdays, family outings, or just burning off energy on a rainy day. We’ll definitely be coming back!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The young girl working the front desk knows next to nothing about her job. Couldn't answer any of our questions, just said "I don't know" and stood there, looking at us like she was inconvenienced by our presence. We just left. This place will never get our business. What an absolutely wild experience.

This was the worst and most poorly organized venue I have ever visited. They did not honor their commitment, provided incorrect tickets, and wasted half of the time allocated for the activity.
