⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Urban City Barbershop – Jay is the real deal! I went in on Sunday, the 9th, and Jay took care of me with a clean low taper — honestly one of the best barbershop experiences I’ve ever had. He’s extremely knowledgeable, has great active listening skills, and really takes his time to make sure you get exactly what you want. Jay was patient, professional, and precise with every detail. He even recommended a hair product I had tried before and showed me the right way to use it again. That extra effort really stood out. If you’re looking for top-quality service and a barber who truly understands his craft, I 100% recommend Jay at Urban City Barbershop. Without a doubt, he deserves to be #1 in San Antonio for customer service and quality cuts.

This has to be the cleanest shop I have ever seen! I love the styling, and everyone was busy. As someone who has done it all with my hair, I'm down to barbers! But... I prefer a well seasoned barber who understands styling and who isn't afraid to work with a woman. I went in with an inspo Pic that was close to my own hair texture and style. He did an amazing job shaping me up while understanding what needs to grow out for the pic. I also got a quick razor on the eyebrows while there. I highly recommend this place, and Ramon has been there forever. I used the online appointment system and will be back.
