Traveling for months I was in serious need of a haircut. I made an appointment with Steven based on reviews for Urban. Steven was awesome! I showed him a picture, tried to explain what I wanted, and he took it from there. As a first time client, I’m sure it’s more challenging than a regular customer you get to know, but Steven was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Not only was he friendly and engaging, he was professional and efficient. I was in and out of the salon in half an hour with a beautiful haircut and amazing service. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend the salon and Steven.

Had an excellent experience with Shannon. She listened to me, understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me a terrific haircut. I couldn’t be more pleased. She’s also just a lovely human being. Can’t say enough nice things about Shannon. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment with her right away.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! My stylist, Ula, went above and beyond with the nanoplasty treatment — it completely transformed my hair. The results are incredible, and I couldn’t be happier. Ula’s attention to detail, skill, and care made the whole appointment feel special. Highly recommend!
