Blake did an awesome job routing 100A service from my meter, through my attic, and up to my new detached garage! The work was done in a day and looked very clean. I was impressed with the quality of work for a very good price. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
Highly recommend Urban Electric! We bought a new microwave and slide in range to replace the originals from when our house was built in 1998. The old drop in style range was hard wired and needed to be upgraded to a 4 prong plug in. Blake came out and provided a free quote. He also identified a few other issues -- the dryer wiring was only a two wire, breaker buses weren't grounded (copper wires were a mess when he pulled them out of the panel), and the company that installed our whole home surge protector spliced into the water heater instead of having it on its own breaker. We scheduled all the electrical work to be done on the same day when our new microwave and range were getting installed. Blake and his nephew, Trevor arrived on time and completed all the work scheduled (including the other issues identified). Very professional, punctual, clean install, and they vacuumed all areas. We couldn't be happier! Urban Electric really exceeded our expections and we'll definitely be calling them for any future electrical needs.
We found Blake via Google. He was professional over the phone, gave a fair price estimate, was able to come out the next day and install a new plug for my kiln. Very respectful to my home, didn’t leave behind debris or anything for me to clean/sweep up. Labeled my new outlet and explained how it works, took about 45 mins. Will use this company again for any future electrical needs.
This is the 2nd time we have used Urban Electric and they did a great job. Blake is very professional and trustworthy. We had 6 can lights and 2 outside electrical plugs put in our rental house. It only took half a day to get them installed, which I feel is very quick and efficient. Blake came out about a week beforehand and assessed the situation and discussed our needs. He showed up when he said he would, which is important in my book. I highly recommend Blake and his crew for any of your electrical needs.
Urban Electric did fantastic work. They were able to help me determine the best lighting setup to illuminate my entire yard. Blake got creative to ensure my gutters were not blocking any light from my side yard. Service was on time and performed very quickly once I accepted the quote.
