Thank goodness for great neighbors—and great service! I accidentally backed into my garage door after hours and called Urban Garage Door Company. My garage door stopped functioning properly. After researching various companies I called Urban, immediately receiving a call back. My old system was replaced on the same day and installation of the new system from start to finish was approximately 1 hour. Both Matt and Alex were professional , friendly and pleasant. Alex went above and beyond to lubricate the garage door and educated me on how to maintain it in the future. Great reasonable service to include a 2 year warranty. I would definitely recommend Urban Garage Door Company.

Highly recommend! Our garage door was stuck fully open. I called a couple other companies with “24/7” and “same day” service but they couldn’t come out until the next day. Matt responded quickly, got my door closed for the night, and Alex came out first thing in the morning with parts for repair. They were highly professional and efficient. Will definitely be calling them the next time we have an issue!

I highly recommend Urban Garage Door Company. I called on Saturday morning, 9/6, around 8:30 a.m. to ask if the company could replace the garage door torsion/tension spring that had broken the day before. Matt the owner answered my call and agreed to come or send someone out that afternoon. He handled the job himself. He called when on the way and got there about 1:30 p.m. and completed the repair in an hour or so. Before he started the spring replacement he said the garage door might need some sort of stabilizing brace which would be an additional cost, but once he got the spring install done he said it was not needed. Matt also adjusted the garage door closing alignment. I was curious about how this type repair was done and was able to observe. Matt patiently answered my questions while staying focused on the job. He is a down earth person and family man who is honest and hard working. I will definitely use this company again in the future if needed. The company did not ask me to write this review by the way.
