I had the best experience with Nicholas, in all my years having this service this was by far the best RMT. He was very professional and skilled, I instantly felt the benefits of his treatment!

I had a massage therapy appointment today and I’m extremely disappointed — truly a waste of money. I booked for 2:30 PM and completed the intake form in advance, but when my therapist greeted me at 2:28, we still spent about 10 minutes going over the exact same information I had already provided. My actual massage didn’t start until 2:42 and ended at 3:27, yet I was still charged for a full hour. The massage itself was not relaxing at all. The pressure was unbelievably light — so soft that I actually felt uncomfortable and had to scratch my skin afterwards. It wasn’t pleasant, effective, or enjoyable in any way. Overall, I really didn’t like the experience and would not recommend this place.

I’ve had (at least) 6 treatments here over the past few months (with Nicholas and Carlos) it is always a fantastic result. I have seen therapists in a variety of countries, and never experienced such consistent effective treatments as provided by the team at Urban Healing Studio: -Highly skilled in technique and therapies. -Friendly and knowledgeable therapists. -Well organized and timely scheduling. -Clean and comfortable facilities. Highly recommend!

I went for a prenatal massage at Urban Healing, and I can’t recommend Shawna Klein enough! 🌿✨ I’ve had massages all over my life—different places, techniques, and styles—but Shawna is in a league of her own. Professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled, she makes every session feel personalized and deeply relaxing. The space is spotless, cozy, and inviting, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Honestly, her massages are just the best I’ve ever had. Only downside? She’s always so popular that booking the next appointment can be a challenge—but that just proves how amazing she is! 😅 If you want top-notch massage therapy with a warm, professional touch, Shawna is the one. Highly recommended! 💆♀️
