My husband and I love this store. Several years ago we were in the market for a new couch and visited 6+ stores in the hopes of finding one in our price range, fit the space, and was comfortable. Urban Styles had the perfect sectional and we couldn't be happier. We returned there today after our brand new rescue dog chewed up the armrest and James was able to help us out. We will continue to encourage everyone to check them out and will also come here first for all future purchases. You really won't find customer service like this in any of the other stores.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience picking out a new sofa and dining set from Urban Styles! James took extra time to make sure we got the style we wanted but also made sure it would look right in our space. The whole store is wonderful. There are so many treasures to be found here not just furniture. Highly recommend, 10/10 all around!

Don't bother with their $189.00 delivery. They just drop off the item and leave. I had to unbox, assemble and dispose of the bunch of cardboard waste for two items myself. After the fact the told me that would have been an additional $50 which I would have gladly paid for. Also, I told them to come through the garage because I just had new hardscape installed that morning. The garage door was wide open but they still walked right up to the front door. Fortunately it was dry enough that he didnt do any damage.

Wow!!! I was blown away when I walked into this furniture store!! The selection is amazing and there are so many unique pieces. This is definitely going to be my new favorite place to shop for new items for the house. The customer service was exceptional!! We ended up buying a new sofa, rug, art for the living room and a fabulous super soft chair. I feel like the prices were very reasonable and honestly less than what I had seen on the internet. If you want a unique experience… this is the place to shop!!!
