I am so grateful that Melissa Heale (Now at Urbanna!!) has returned home to Spokane after her year away. No one understands my hair needs, goals, and hopes the way she does. Her eye for color and deep understanding of color theory is truly exceptional. I honestly swear she has tetrachromacy with the way she sees and blends tones so perfectly. Beyond her immense talent, Melissa is grounded, warm, and genuinely approachable, which makes every appointment feel comfortable and collaborative. I always leave feeling heard, cared for, and absolutely loving my hair. Spokane is lucky to have her back, and I am incredibly thankful she’s home with us again. 🙏🏼🩷✨ I would also like to add that reception was lovely, warm and welcoming, and I was offered a beverage right away, which immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for.

Went in for a consultation. Toria was so nice and knowledgeable! She made me feel welcome and we even shared a nice moment about living through losing a family member and how important it is to keep their spirits alive with certain holiday traditions I look forward to seeing her again and seeing her work her magic on my otherwise whimsical hair.

I have had massage, nail, hair, and facial appointments here. I trust every single specialist here and have always had overwhelmingly positive experiences! It is very expensive, but for me as a treat myself, it is so worth it. I love to go a little early and sit in my robe in the lounge with the soft music and a magazine.
