Her eye for color and deep understanding of color theory is truly exceptional. I honestly swear she has tetrachromacy with the way she sees and blends tones so perfectly. Beyond her immense talent, Melissa is grounded, warm, and genuinely approachable, which makes every appointment feel comfortable and collaborative. I always leave feeling heard, cared for, and absolutely loving my hair. It is very expensive, but for me as a treat myself, it is so worth it. I love to go a little early and sit in my robe in the lounge with the soft music and a magazine.
