I have been here many times with my 2 girls. Usually for flu or strep tests. Saturday night, my youngest who is just getting over flu A became really sick again so I took her in on Sunday. They did flu, strep and covid tests and said they were negative it must be some other virus. Monday I had to start alternating Tylenol and Advil to keep her fever down. Every few hours it was going up to 102. I took her back this morning and tested her again. Nothing.. There are 4 people in our home no one else is sick, she obviously is not contagious and has some kind of infection. Her temperature is now 103.4 and I'm hoping to get in to her primary care to get an antibiotic which she definitely needs. This has just been a horrible experience and the resistance to giving an antibiotic is ridiculous. Sometimes its better to give what you think is an unnecessary medicine when nothing else is working. 3 days of a fever over 102 should tell you its not viral if nobody else in the home is showing any symptoms. UPDATE, she has Flu B which they kept saying was negative plus an ear infection. 🤔

I have found an amazing place to go. The Medical Assistant Deana and Her Doctor are the best I've ever seen. These 2 ladies are a dynamic duo. The attention to detail and caring they provide is the way all Doctors should be. I highly recommend this place. The Treatment is amazing.

After being sick for just over a week and finally giving in to seeking out medical attention, I was very pleased to find this location in network with my insurance and the experience that I attained while there. Between the initial medical assistant to the provider and to the nurse, all were extremely helpful, thorough, informative, and engaged! Thank you all for your support and guidance and not so much for the two injections! But I am feeling quite better!

Every team member beginning with the front desk was courteous & professional. My care was their top concern. I appreciated the care I received. I highly recommend this facility. I will return as needed. (This is Connie Underwood who received the medical care)

I have been to this clinic twice already. Once for the flu and once for a muscle injury in my neck. The receptionist, nurse and practitioner (Jenny) have been absolutely amazing. Each visit they took the time to actually listen to me when I explained my symptoms and pain. They didn't make me feel like I was a burden for the visit. I had a bit of a wait but 30 minutes is nothing compared to the hours I spent at other clinics. I don't believe a word of any of the negative reviews because I did not see nor experience any negativity from anyone in the building during my visits. They seem like they care about each patient that walked through the door (even the rude ones I witnessed...) This is the ONLY place I will go in Knoxville when I do not feel well, and I have visited many walk-ins. (I get sick/injured alot. I'm extremely clumsy 😅)
