We had a great experience. They took care of our little girl and gave us a breakdown of costs so nothing was hidden. They were very caring and thorough. Hopefully we never have to return but I trust we'll be in good hands if we do!

Clean. Efficient. Staff went above and beyond to make sure me and my dog were good before I was sent home. It was late and we had to wait for radiology. They did not make me feel rushed or bad for being there. They took my concerns seriously even though my pup seemed fine. They gave me an accurate estimate for the services. They handled my dog very well, though he was being an exceptionally good boy and I was so proud of him). I really appreciated the experience and would go there again if needed.

Urgent Vet-North Shore took amazing care of my pup! The care, compassion, patience, explanation, attentiveness of the staff. Had a not so great experience the day before at a different Vet ER and the way my pup was dismissed was so upsetting. Going to Urgent Vet the following day was a blessing. Highly recommended if you pet is in need of care. Thank Urgent Vet-North Shore for your outstanding care!

Had to bring our dog there for some after hours care. The ability to schedule online was very helpful. When we arrived the office was clean, all the vet techs and vet (Dr. Felber) were amazing. We came up with a good plan for our little guy and he’s already on the mend. They were upfront about cost of treatment which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will use in the future if needed.

I brought my anxious, stranger-fearful pup in for a broken nail this past weekend, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff here. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly patient and understanding with him. They took us back quickly, got him seen right away, and handled his injury with so much care. Despite how nervous he usually is with new people, by the end of our visit he actually kept trying to go back through the door to be with them — which honestly speaks volumes about how gentle and reassuring the staff were. They were just as kind and patient with me as they were with him. They answered every one of my questions thoroughly, explained everything they were going to do before they did it, and made me feel completely comfortable with the care he was receiving. They could tell how worried I was, and they took the time to walk me through each step so I knew he was in good hands. The cost was also surprisingly lower than I expected, especially for the level of quick, high-quality care we received. We left with a fixed-up toe, a happy tail wagging, and both of us feeling so much calmer than when we arrived. I’m extremely grateful for the compassion and professionalism we experienced here. Highly recommend! ❤️
