I came to the Shambhala Meditation Center on a Wednesday and loved it so much I returned that Saturday for Shambhala Café — a beautiful mix of meditation, reading, and open discussion. The space is peaceful, welcoming, and completely pressure-free. Everyone I’ve met has been kind and thoughtful. I’ve been attending regularly ever since, and it’s become a grounding part of my week. Highly recommend to anyone curious about mindfulness.

I really loved my experience going here. I was in a class that had me attending the Center and I gained a lot of great tools that I continue to use today. I would recommend it to anyone.
