This Self-Realization Fellowship group founded by Paramahansa Yogananda is a place of peaceful fellowship and deep meditation. There is nothing like recharging each day, week, month to bring God into your life to counter-balance the daily struggles. I don't know how I'd get through each day without it. Thank-you!

Best to read Paramahansa Yogananda's 'Autobiography of a Yogi", or even to watch the film "Awake" to get a broad understanding of the Self Realization Fellowship meditation techniques practiced by this peace-filled group. The weekly meditations here are quiet and deep; full of God and Bliss.

This is a wonderful peace-filled weekly group meditation that follows Guru Paramahansa Yogananda and SRF teachings. I have found great peace from this group.
