Our little girl has not been feeling well. We took her in because she wasn't improving much since a vet visit on Tuesday. We went in on Saturday. We were treated very kindly. The vet and her assistant were fantastic. The only thing is that Google says that they can do ultrasounds, that is not completely true. We were still satisfied with our visit. Little girl is feeling a little bit better.

First time going alejandra was so nice and sweet she answered all my questions before I set the appointment. everyone was very caring. Will definitely go again if I need too. The location was also very clean ! Teddy is now happy on his way back to recovery from an ear infection.

We have had to use the service here on a few occasions. Everyone is always very polite and helpful at our last visit. We had to bring our Benny boy guinea pig for end of life care. While we were heartbroken, the staff was very respectful and allowed us time with Benny. They comfortably made my 12 year-old son a part of the process without overwhelming him This place is amazing. I have attached a picture of Benny in his last hour.

My husband and I had to take our senior dog to the vet because she wasn’t feeling well. The staff and the veterinarian were super helpful, super compassionate with us. They walked us through what could be causing her to be acting the way she is and all Possible outcomes. In the end, we decided to end her suffering, and the staff and everyone made that process so much more bearable. It was still a difficult decision to make but the staff and everyone was very accommodating. They made sure that we had everything that we needed. They set us up in a private area. To spend our last few moments with our baby girl, the doctor came in, administered the medication Slipped away in our arms, surrounded with nothing but love and joy I cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel safe and comfortable even in the most difficult of situations I would highly recommend this veterinarian for any needs that you might have against the staff was beyond helpful easy to work with very pleasant. I enjoyed our interactions with them overall thank you so much for taking care of our Twinkie in her final moments.

Last Saturday, I arrived at this clinic after a referral and because of their weekend hours. My cat Sparkle, was experiencing severe itching and was losing a chunks a lot of hair, which is why I came here. When I arrived at 12:15 p.m the door was closed, which is understandable, but we knocked and no one opened the door. Then we pressed the bell, but nothing. It lasted about 5 minutes. Another patient arrived, the same thing happened to him. He called, and then a young woman answered the door. We filled out the records at approximately 12:30 p.m. Then they took us to a room where they were supposed to come to evaluate 12:35 I waited patiently for the nurse it was already 1:10 pm when someone opened the door only to say that someone would come. 17 more minutes passed a young woman came in to interview then we stayed waiting for the supposed vet who never arrived I was there until 2:15 pm waiting 🙄 and no one came back to that room so I got up with my furry daughter and another daughter. We left the clinic and went home. Not believing all the time wasted and no one even noticed. I am super upset, still upset. My advice: If you love your pet and it's an emergency, this is the last place I would come. There's no professionalism or consideration. I don't usually leave bad comments, but I can't avoid this one. I hope they improve their services so they can help the community.
