Extremely good communication during the process, it was my first time having any type of professional shaping done to my brows. So I knew very little. She explained the different shapes colors the healing process the decolonization that happens during healing, the different methods and took a good amount of time showing me options on my actual face. She’s extremely creative with the tools she uses to stencil out and show you a desired look. That was huge for me otherwise I would have just picked anything. Her schedule is flexible and she’s very accurate with the amount of time she needs you for consultation and service. Extremely professional and an amazing makeup artist.
