I just got an ad for an offer of services. I've never heard of cryo being used for spot targeting issues and it already felt suspicious so I followed the link. These people are so lazy that not only are they stealing and using FALSE before and after photos, they didn't even take the watermark off!! This particular one is from a weight loss clinic in New York. This place is not to be trusted!

I'll give 2 Stars because I have not had an issue with with their cryo chamber and compression therapy but I wouldn't recommend their cryosculpting. The girl I was working with wasn't the best. She kept on going for a bit too long and Ifelt a bit uncomfortable with some of her comments and her attitude in general. I don't jump to conclusions but I felt just a tad bit unwelcomed and there appeared to be some race component to it (that is just my opinion). I've not had a bad experience with others working there, including the owner but she definitely did not make me feel welcomed. I don't know her name but you can't miss her. She has a distinctly bad skin and was breaking out a lot. I wouldnt want her anywhere close to my face.

I don't write reviews but I had to one for this place. What a horrible work and entitles staff. I went in for cryosculpt and the lady (Christina) who worked on my face gave me a cold burn and after that she had a audacity to blame it on me saying it was my fault because I couldn't sit still. I have a added a picture in the photos section of these reviews with my burnt area right above my upper lip. Please stay away from this place, or at least get someone else other than Christina. Such a shitty job she did.

Knowledgeable Staff especially Christina Towne- The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to explain the entire cryotherapy process and answered all my questions, making me feel comfortable and informed. Welcoming Atmosphere - The environment is clean and inviting, which added to my overall experience. Effective Treatment - I did the cryo contour and tightening. After one session, I noticed significant results. Ample parking too.

The cold chamber was invigorating, and I actually enjoyed how refreshing it felt. I also tried the leg compression treatment, which was super relaxing and exactly what I needed. Everyone at the facility was so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’ll definitely be back!
