12-19-25 I visited Dr. Thrash's office for a full body examination on 12-19-25. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was quick and my wait time to be called back for the exam was minimal. (I would suggest doing the pre check-in questionnaire on line as this will only minimize the time to wait before being seen.) Dr. Thrash's assistant, Tayler, was knowledgeable and informative. She was meticulous regarding the questions she asked in preparation for my exam. She offered helpful advice regarding how to better manage my needs and I truly appreciated her input. Dr. Thrash came in for the exam shortly after Tayler left. His demeanor was friendly yet professional. His examination was thorough and he addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. I would recommend Dr. Thrash to anyone needed dermatological assistance. The quality of service he provides is excellent. 6-20-25 I had a very positive experience at Dr. Thrash's office this past Friday. I was able to fill out the pre-appointment information at home on my computer easily and I feel this helped cut down on my time in the waiting room. The staff at the front desk, Jennifer and Denise, were welcoming and helpful. They made my first impression in this office an extremely positive one. Dr. Thrash's assistant, Jacob, led me back to the exam room. He was friendly, thorough and accommodating and more than adequately prepared me for my visit with the doctor. Dr. Breck Thrash was a pleasure to meet and work with. He was professional throughout the exam and quickly allayed any concerns I had had about my health. He answered several questions I had even before I was able to ask him. I look forward to seeing him again for my follow-up exam in six months and hope to have him as my dermatologist for a long while.

went in for my appointment that was at 8am got there at 8:15 due to horrible traffic and the front desk employee said I was past my 15 min grace period, which is upsetting because I am 45 min away from the clinic and he couldn’t help me out with that instead he gave me an attitude and scheduled me for another day. I literally got there at 8:15 and he didn’t attend me till two minutes later because I saw the two employees arguing and discussing something else with the one in front of me I guess that’s why I passed my 15 min grace period. I love Doctor Rose and I don’t want to stop coming here just because of the front desk employee, but it was upsetting especially with the attitude he gave me early in the morning when I had just started my day perfectly fine.

I set up an appointment to visit U.S. Dermatology Partners Dallas Uptown (USDPU). I was reminded that I would need a referral from my PCP to use my insurance. I reached out to my PCP for the referral and verified that it was processed for Dr. Thrash. I received and completed the following information that was texted from USDPU: “Hello this is U.S. Dermatology Uptown, please click on the link below to COMPLETE PATIENT registration and update INSURANCE information. PLAN TO ARRIVE 15MIN. PRIOR TO APPT.” Oddly, I arrived 15 minutes early to my 1:00 pm appointment only to discover everyone was at lunch. I signed in and waited. With no one in sight, I had to walk to another office to ask for a code to use the restroom. A little after 1:00, my name was called (or at least an attempt at my name with no attempt to understand how to pronounce it correctly). There were no greeting nor pleasantries, simply “It says here that you were aware you’d need a referral.” I explained that my PCP had processed the referral for Dr. Thrash, so I would contact her office to get the referral code. My PCP is very responsive, so I knew I could reach out if I encountered any issues, assuming arriving 15 minutes prior to my appointment would leave me with ample time to do so. However, despite arriving early and completing my pre work, little grace was spared: “You’ll need to reschedule or pay out of pocket if you don’t have your referral code by 1:15.” At this point, I realized this office was not somewhere I wanted support that day nor any other, so I left. I received a call from my PCP’s office with the code shortly after leaving but I no longer had any desire to work with this company. Although I’m sure Dr. Thrash would have been as great as reviews suggests, I’m happy that I did not start business with USDPU due to my poor front desk experience. After calling to set up an appointment with North Dallas Dermatology Associates, the positive interaction over the phone makes me feel certain they will provide a better customer service experience.

I’ve been under the care of Dr. Thrash for some time now, and I can confidently say he is one of the most thorough and careful physicians I’ve ever worked with. His attention to detail and genuine concern for his patients’ well-being is evident in every visit. Dr. Thrash and his staff go above and beyond to ensure that I stay on top of my examinations, which has been especially important given my history with skin cancer. Their proactive approach and consistent follow-up have given me peace of mind and a sense of security that I deeply value. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to manage my situation. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Thrash and his excellent staff at U.S. Dermatology Partners, Dallas, Uptown! I’ve been seeing him for various concerns for over a year and each time, he sees me on time, expeditiously, exceptionally competently, and manages whatever concern I bring to him. Kiley and the rest of his staff are fantastic too! The last time I saw him was a last minute thing. His staff scheduled me the same morning that I called, he took care of the problem and made sure it wasn’t anything to worry about in the long term. I don’t expect same day service routinely, and try to plan ahead normally, but that was most welcome and appreciated! I recommend Dr. Thrash without any hesitation or reservation.
