3D Physical Therapy has been outstanding since I walked in the door at their Dallas location. Michelle Scheffler, the therapist I was assigned, has been professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and a joy with whom to work. I have utilized several other physical therapists work with me when Michelle was unavailable. Each and every one of them have been outstanding as well. The front desk receptionists and management have also been tremendous . If you need physical therapy, look no further. 3D Physical Therapy is as good as it gets!

3D-Physical Therapy in Dallas delivered an excellent experience with my physical therapy journey. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported, encouraged. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. My assigned therapist (Kathryn Mathieu) created a welcoming environment and was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. The exercises were explained clearly, and I appreciated how she pushed me just the right amount without ever making me feel overwhelmed. I noticed steady improvement and feel stronger than I have in a long time. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this physical therapy team to anyone looking for effective, and empowering treatment.

The PT services I received after my total knee replacement were great. They tailored my exercises to take into account my progress and adjusted my exercises as appropriate. They also did a good job of encouraging me, keeping my spirits up and challenging me to do increasingly difficult exercises to regain full use of my knee. Trung and Casey were friendly, professional and I would not hesitate to go to them again!

3DPT greeted me for my first session with friendliness and helped me come up with clear expectations to improve my physical health. This place was recommended by my doctor, Paul Saadi, who I would also recommend as a professional and friendly person. Tony was my trainer, and he has an impressive knowledge of the human body. He answered my questions and provided me with a short video to help me remember what exercises I should be doing on my own.

I had a fantastic experience with the physical therapist here; the care was top-notch. Unfortunately, the administrative side was a letdown. Despite confirming multiple times that they accepted my insurance, I found out after my appointment that they didn’t. It took several attempts to get it sorted out, and I ended up with an unexpected bill. I truly hope they can improve their administrative communication because the therapy itself was great.
